A quiet
spirit and joyful heart brings serenity to me. Now I am enlightened. I have
always wondered what this word serenity meant and how to get that. Being
free
brings peace to my spirit. Being happy with the healing brings joy to my
heart. This happened by accepting help from others to be within my self. I
share this quietly to keep the serenity.
